2 revisions provided: one at sketch phase, one at coloring phase.

Composition and character pose cannot be changed after the Sketch Phase.

Only minor revisions allowed during the Coloring Phase.

Once the artwork is finalized and approved, no further revisions will be made unless an additional fee is agreed upon.

100% payment upfront. Commission work begins upon payment confirmation.

Payment method: Paypal, Payoneer, Bank transfer/PromptPay (THB)

Invoice will be sent by email.

Commission Fee includes 2 rounds of revisions. Extra revisions: $10 each.

The client is responsible for any taxes or transaction fees. These are not included in the commission price.

No refunds except in cases where I cannot complete the artwork due to any reason.

As the artist, I retain copyright of the illustration.

After full payment and delivery, the client obtains personal use rights by default (e.g. social media profile/header, wallpaper, personal printing).

Commercial use: Additional fees required. Feel free to contact me via email to discuss licensing and rates.

Unauthorised commmercial use and redistribution of any kind in any form is strictly prohibited.

I retain the right to share and display the illustration in my portfolio, promotional materials, and social media.

I may refuse any commission request/project for any reason.

Once the client approves the final preview, the artwork will be completed and delivered. Approval confirms satisfaction with the commission.

Client will recieve: High Quality PNG file via Google Drive link.

Additional formats (such as JPG or transparent background PNG) may be provided upon request.

One clean version and one watermarked version will be provided by default.

By commissioning me, the client acknowledges that my artistic style may evolve over time.

The artwork delivered reflects my style and skill level at the time the commission was completed.

Future improvements or stylistic changes do not entitle the client to revisions, redraws, or refunds.

Personal use - Included

Fan Project use (Non profit - birthday posts, fan videos, celebration events, etc) - Included

Monetized content (stream overlays, covers, waiting screen, videos, etc) +50–100%
